Delivery
We deliver on a weekly schedule. Place your order by Thursday at 6 PM ET and we hand-deliver it on Saturday. Delivery is free within 40 miles of Roanoke, VA.
Enter your ZIP code at checkout to confirm we reach your area. If you have a special request or a question about timing, contact us and we will work with you.
Live Plant Guarantee
Every plant leaves us healthy and well-rooted. If a plant arrives in poor condition, reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
- Plant the same week you receive it for best results
- Follow the care notes that ship with each plant
- Plants are living products, so give them time to settle into their new spot
Questions about a plant after it arrives are always welcome. Contact us and we will help you get it thriving.
Returns
Because plants are perishable, we handle issues through our live plant guarantee rather than standard returns. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
For non-plant items such as tools or supplies, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return when the item is unused and in its original packaging.
